Where do your articles come from?

We are a French brand that works with different suppliers and producers present all over the world. Being concerned about the satisfaction of our customers, we always control with great attention the quality of our products and especially their usefulness to meet a specific need.

I made a mistake in the size of an item, can I get a refund or an exchange?

You will find a size chart in all items that are the subject of a size choice on your part. Unfortunately we cannot proceed to a change of article or refund if you are wrong about the size of your article.

The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our strict selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at contact@kanymo.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (wrong/defective item or other)
  3. A photo or video

You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a purchase voucher (if you wish another form of refund, please let us know).

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 4 working days. It then takes between 10 and 22 working days for your item to arrive at your home. In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before dispatch. Our parcels circulate with La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

Your order is dispatched within 4 working days maximum, 8 for personalized products. You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, from this receipt, you can take into account the announced delivery times.

Why was my package returned to you?

If you entered a wrong address or if you did not pick up your package at the post office within the time limit, the package will be returned to us. In this case, you will be required to contact us so that we can send your package to you. The return costs will then be 10 euros.

Is my order not complete?

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

Since we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't get everything at the same time.

Our average delivery times are 10 to 22 working days. Some packages may take a little longer than this. In particular, during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year or other)

However, if you still have not received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Is my payment secure?

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 type encryption.
